At Dolaso, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We're committed to providing you with reliable small appliances and exceptional customer service. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limited Warranty Coverage

What's Covered

Dolaso warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for the warranty period specified below, starting from the date of original purchase.

Standard Warranty Period:

  • Heaters & Heating Products: 1 years
  • Kitchen Appliances: 1 year
  • Personal Care Products: 1 year
  • Home Comfort Products: 1 year
  • Accessories & Parts: 90 days

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our option) any defective product or component free of charge, including shipping costs within the continental United States.

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance
  • Use of the product for commercial or non-household purposes
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Damage from power surges, improper voltage, or electrical issues
  • Consumable parts such as filters, batteries, or light bulbs (unless defective at time of purchase)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
  • Damage during shipping (for returns not arranged by Dolaso)
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team via email at support@dolasoappl.com or through our website contact form
  2. Provide Information: Have your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue ready
  3. Troubleshooting: Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty
  4. Return Authorization: If a return is necessary, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label
  5. Ship Your Product: Pack your product securely with the RMA number clearly visible and ship it to our service center
  6. Repair or Replacement: We'll inspect your product and repair or replace it within 7-10 business days of receipt

Important: Please retain your original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). You'll need this to validate your warranty claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Not completely satisfied? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • Product must not show signs of use or damage
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless product is defective)

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Dolaso's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of time, or inconvenience.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
